Good food reasonably priced. I have become a fan of Mimi's cafe. This restaurant is reasonably priced and offers good food. The service and atmosphere is just wonderful.

Overall, disappointing. I used to be a fan of Mimi's Cafe. I loved the ambience of the restaurant and the casual atmosphere was great for getting together with one or several people. Over the years, however, Mimi's seems to have gone stale in terms of quality. The food isn't nearly as interesting as it used to be, the portions are smaller, and you have to practically beg your server for a small basket of bread to snack on before your paltry dish arrives. Although the Chocolate Chip Pecan Pie remains one of the richest desserts I've ever tasted and an impressive earmark in the menu, Mimi's lacks the savoir faire it had when it first opened its doors.

Decorated like a French country bistro with jazzy New Orleans overtones, Mimi's Café was named after a lost love of Arthur Simms, who started the restaurant in 1978 in Anaheim, Calif., with his family. The ambience could only be upstaged by the menu filled with traditional American favorites. Breakfast includes omelets, waffles, muffins and fresh-squeezed juices, while lunch and dinner feature comfort-food classics like pot pie and pot roast, deli-style sandwiches, burgers, pastas, steaks and salads.

Tasty Food at a Good Price. Mimi's s GREAT. A nice meal including soup or salad at a very reasonable price. Delicious onion soup. A huge selection of entrees, salads, sandwiches. Excellent quality and good service. A popular place, so expect a wait, but it moves fairly quickly. Can be a little noisy when full, but nothing like a lot of restaurants.

desent with good atmosphere. The food isn't striking, but it's like a high class denny's with out the drunks. The service has always been great.

Decent priced tasty food!. Good food! Nice menu selection. Iced tea, bread basket, and salads are very tasty. Salmon...so-so.

Best French Onion Soup. Another chain restaurant and yet, not just any chain restaurant! I adore Mimi's, their food is always wonderful to me.

I have been to a lot of actual french restaurants and had thier French Onion Soup but for my money Mimi's still has the best!

I always go and get the soup and half cobb salad and am stuffed by the time I leave...and that is usually WITHOUT eating the huge muffin that comes with it. (I save it for my boyfriend for a snack!) Breakfast is also wonderful and their salmon is delicious. Save room for dessert!

I typically eat at the Alta Arden location but find that Mimi's are consistently good anywhere you go.

I Disagree. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely loves Mimi's food, but I would definately say that they were a bit pricy. It may be 'cheap' for the rich, but for the middle class its pretty expensive just for one meal.

Blasted Good Time. Okay som this was the first time at this restaurant for me and my 2 two best friends..We could not believe how much food was offered on there menu..but i had a Spinach,tomato,and feta chese Omelette..But since i am a vegetarian i didn't have the swiss chese and feta chese that is offered on there menu, and i choice to have my 3egg omelette to be a 3 egg-white one..much healthier..and i topped it off with a nice Espresso, it was a great exprienec, so much food for such a little amout..i saved my muffin and potatoes for later that day...

Coffee and Muffins. I was very pleased with Mimi's atmosphere. It was warm and inviting. However, they seem very interested in turning a table around asap. (Service declines significantly with larger groups.) Food was nothing special for the price. Although, I thought the muffins were excellent! A good place to start your day with a cup of coffee and hot blueberry muffin.
