Excellent Work. Bob the Locksmith has been doing work for major companies and homeowners here in the foothills for many years. I personally have spoken to many satisfied customers. Every service company comes across people that are never satisfied. That is what it sounds like is happening with the bad reviews here. In fact they sound like they are from the same individual.

SAVE YOURSELF TROUBLE & ANGUISH - FIND ANOTHER LOCKSMITH. I requested two keys be made from a lock I left with Bob. I requested it within two days and asked that he call when they were finished, if earlier. By Friday I hadn't received a call and so I called him and he said he had been out of town all week and that he would do it over the weekend. I am still waiting to get my lock back.

If you need the key with a specific time frame - don't call Bob. Don't expect a call from him either.

Bob is not service-oriented.…

DO NOT USE BOB. None of the locks Bob rekeyed operate properly. Several will not work with several of the keys Bob made. I have called him back twice. The first time he did not show up until I found myself locked out, the second time - well I am still waiting for a call back. Locks like I will need to take by business elsewhere and spend more dollars. Don't make the same mistake I made.

Bob the Locksmith is the VERY BEST!. Bob has rekeyed my rental houses and copied keys for me many times over the years. I got locked out of my car once and he quickly came and unlocked the car door- my car locks malfunctioned and my young son was locked in the car- Bob was there within minutes and got the doors opened.
