The Hollow is full of chacter(s)!. We try to make it to this tiny little shop every weekend for breakfast. The food is good and prepared quickly, the service is outstanding. The girls always welcome us, and make sure we have everything we need. The cafe is tucked in a small little corner of a shopping center. The tables are placed rather tightly together, it's cozy! We always enjoy ourselves and recommend it all the time.

this restaurant is the best kep secret in carmichael.. I have been coming here since I found it 2 years ago. The food is excellentand is served pretty fast. The service is very good and the waitresses are all very friendly. Didnt take long for me to feel like part of the "family" of regulars. The atmosphere is that of a small town cafe. Very homey. The deserts, salads and soups are homemade and very good. Like mom would make. If you go, maybe try the Phreds sandwich. Its awesome. For breakfast you cant beat the country potatoes. Biscuits and gravy pretty amazing too. the gravy tastes homemade, I'm not sure if it is or not. I have tried most of the breafast dishes and they are all very good. If you like pancakes, they serve them huge.
