Charming Florist. As local neighbors, it is so important to keep such a wonderful tradition in Carmichael. Carmichael Flowers and the owner is charming and special to our great community. . We are very loyal customers and highly recommend them to anyone. The new location in the Frontier Village is so cute . Great job!

Top Notch FLORIST. Top notch and very professional best describes Carmichael Flowers and the owner - Ila.

Very impressed with her knowledge of flowers and her creative expertise. They have done several funerals for us of which the funeral flowers are the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen, she has done prom flowers for my kids, as well as flowers for special occasions. We highly recommend Carmichael Flowers .... love the new place

FYI responding to BJ......we were one of the fortunate ones to have an amazing reception in Belazio when it was open . Our reception was simply stunning ---everyone had a fantastic time !!! We referred several of our friends who also had receptions there with the same wonderful experience at Belazio .It is a shame Ila closed it.

Best Florist !!. Carmichael Flowers is the best... I have been using them for many years and every time they exceed my expectatations. Ila , the owner is so knowledgable and passionate about her flower business that it makes it a pleasure to do business with her. I would highly recommend Carmichael Flowers . Keep up the fantastic work! PS, love the new location - it is so charming and cute. Your little friend is too.

AWFUL & DISTASTEFUL. I don't even know why the last review is on here. They didn't even try and cover up the fact that the owner is the one that wrote the review (carmichael flowers). My Mom had her wedding at the Belazio and it was terrible. Ila, the OWNER, was completely rude and offensive to everyone that she spoke to. I can understand having that attitude if it has been given to you, but this was not the case. Additionally, even if the customers and./or guests had been rude to her, the nature of her job (customer service) would be to grin and bear it. Anyone who has worked in the service industry knows that the customer is always right, and if they are wrong then you need to POLITELY tell them where they have gone wrong. I strongly advise that you never do business with Carmichael Flowers - Belazio Galleria; however, should you decide to tempt fate and give them a chance, make sure that you get everything you're supposed to have in writing! Ila is no nice until she gets her check and contract signed, then her alter-ego comes out. If it weren't for her being the owner she would have been fired for the behavior that she exhibited at my Mom's wedding.
