I LOVED this place! i have been trying to get color several years now and because of my plae skin tone was never able to achieve a brown color. The girl working was so attentive, knew EVERYTHING there is to know and patiently answered all of my questions and even worked out the best deal to fit MY budget! I ended up doing a "double dip" and then signing up on a membership and i have the best color i have ever had in my life. The mystic is absolutely fantastic and you get a STEAL on the price. Overall this place is phenomenal and has never shown me anything to complain about! Check it out, so much better than anything else i have ever tired, truly quality equipment and service

I have never in all my years had such an unprofessional experience in a tanning salon. I purchased a product for the first time (mystic tan) and was not properly informed how the process works, I was rushed through the instructions- nonetheless the tan did not work and after four hours with it "setting in," I was left with streaks and blotches. Immediately contacted the management and they told me that they would not refund me my $50 but that I can buy some of their tanning lotion- with a whopping $3 discount or purchase another tan for 1/2 the price. I came in very understanding and repeatedly told them I didn’t want my money back, I just wanted another shot at the tanning bed to try to correct the problem areas and that I completely understand I may make it worse. That was out of the question- even after I was told to shower and use a lufa to remove the fake tan. If you choose to use this salon, here are a few tips before going there. 1. Know you are just a "profit" and not a client. 2. Request the required instructional video- they did not offer this to me and now I have streaks and blotched to show for. 3. Don't waste your time talking to the manager or owner- they will not assist you.
