They don't return calls nor honor advertised business hours. I left two voice messages about 2 weeks apart asking for a call back regarding registration 2009. Per the school's answering machine, they were currently registering for the season and would return customer phone calls. Per the school's website, they were happy, ready and set to schedule customers at their location onsite during business hours. Never received even a hint of breathing from the staff or owner. I attempted to register at the location twice during this time, not during lunch or near opening or closing hours but during blatant operational hours and both times they were locked, literally with a heavy duty master lock even though I could see through the wall/gate that the pool was being serviced by someone who was making himself unavailable. I thought, great, they're open, so I called again but to no concern of theirs to pick up the phone. I guess only one person works the place, and he/she ain't paid enough. Don't waste your time, find a legitimate business to support in this economy, obviously, they don't need your business.
