Amazing customer service. I found the wedding gown I wanted on theknot, and was attempting to find a bridal shop in my area that carried that particular dress. Keepsakes was the ONLY place who had it, although it was a size 18. (I'm a 4.)

Anyway, I went in, just to look at it, and was really impressed by their customer service. They have a funny little dinosaur in a veil (A Bridezilla) and a sign saying that they will charge you extra for bitchyness. Although the gown was huge on me, they pulled it and clipped it and explained to me how it would fit in my size. I went ahead and bought it, and they charged me for a hollow to hem deal. (The gown was Casablanca - I would recommend them, too.) I later found out that Casablanca Bridal does not charge for hollow to hem in my gown, so Keepsakes immediately fixed the mistake.

They gave great advice on jewelry and shoes, and were always willing to pull my dress out for me.

Biggest thing: The owner, who also does alterations, is amazing! My dress is mostly lace, and you can't even tell she took it in. It is absolutely perfect.

Plus, their prices are the best. I haven't found anyone cheaper, more helpful, nicer, etc. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place to get their wedding gown or bridesmaids dresses.
