I made a Huge mistake shopping at this store! I was looking for a specific kind of hat for my boyfriend, I had gone into about 5 stores with no luck, after leaving Macy's unsuccessfully, I happen to walk by TOPS, which looks like a pimp store but I was desperate and pressed for time. So I go in and luck has it that they have the kind of hat I am looking for. It was the last one on the shelf. I grabbed it in a hurry purchased and left. When I began to wrap it, I noticed that the inside was filthy! I'm not talking a little dusty from being on the shelf too long; I am talking worn all night sweaty head oils on the inside. I was absolutely horrified! I did not have time to go back right away since I had to go to another mall to try and find a different (Clean!) hat. I went back a day later and the man at the counter told me that he did not have another hat to exchange it with. I said fine, but this is disgusting and I wanted him to refund my money. He said that he did not do refunds and he could give me store credit. I would agree to this; however, this policy is not posted in the store. It is only posted on the receipt. The receipt you get AFTER the purchase is already made. I really had not intention of taking the hat back in the first place. I ask to speak to the manager and he said he was the manager and owner. I told him my boyfriend was not a pimp and would not wear any of his ridiculous merchandise. All of the merchandise in the store is overpriced and cheap quality. My advice is to steer clear of this store!
