HORRIBLE Customer Service.
The RUDEST sales staff I have ever come across. BIG sign in the front "Right to Refuse Service" - is very off-putting.
Went in to try on some wigs - and they wanted to charge me a $50 consulation fee!! $50 to try on their products is a ridiculous amount. Who cares what reason I have to try on the wigs, it's none of their business anyways. A good sales model always tries to get the product into the hands (or, in this case, on the heads) of your customer. If you're a good sales-person, you can work with ANY reason and convince your potential customer that they need your product. I understand wanting to discourage people from playing with the wigs, but to demand a reason and then charge and exhorbitant price to sample your goods because the reason isn't "legit" enough is discrimnatory.
DON'T BUY HERE!!!! They'll treat you like SH**!
I hope they read this review! I called two other places - one in Roseville, and the other in Sacramento - and BOTH places were kind, encouraging, and said "COME IN!" and there were no "consultation" fees and better yet, no QUESTIONS or suspicions.
WIG GALLERIA: Get out of the Wig business. Get into the mail-order business since you don't like people touching your merchandise.
I am posting this review on multiple sites to discourage customers from patronizing a store that discriminates and has an unsympathetic attitude toward clients that may be facing a truamatic and scary future. Who the hell are they to judge?…

Wow viktoriya1991 I am shocked. WOW!! This is so far from the truth as to what had happened. I was the sales person who sold this wig to her and from the moment she came into our store on 8/31 she was greeted and helped to find what she was looking for. She came in looking for long human hair but it was explained to her that our shop is all synthetic and we could order human hair but only had some samples to show her. At this time I showed her the new heat friendly synthetic that has a beautiful hand tied top and lace front making it the most natural look available in synthetic hair. She tried it on and loved it and it was also more in her price range not as expensive as the $2000 human hair wigs. We decided on a color together and it was ordered. She picked it up on Tuesday 9/6 and loved it when I put it on her. She was given all the care instructions and also the hang tag that was also very specific to say it was a synthetic wig. She did explain how she loved the long hair and with no bang and if she needed any trimming done she would come back. Then on Saturday 9/10 she returned causing a very loud scene in the store stating she was lied to and the wig she got was synthetic. We already knew that and offered to speak to the owners and find out how they would like to handle this situation to the NO refund/return policy that is governed by the health department for the public's protection. Another employee did go ahead with the refund to try and calm the situation down at this time we were only hoping for the police to show up due to she was screaming out of control and threatening us. Not sure if the police were really on the phone with her but at NO time there was ever any threats made to her she was asked several times to leave the store as well as even after her refund was given she refused to leave making even other customers uncomfortable and fearful. We have never made the claim we order human hair from Europe no did we sell her a wig with any other intention except to sell her a synthetic wig she could afford and still met what she was looking for. On a side note the wig was in a bag and after she left the wig was taken out of the bag and she had it cut it up to be completely different than the intended style to include short bangs even after she stated from the beginning she didn't want bangs. This is just to let shoppers know this was a very irrational customer and we have never misrepresented our product. We are a store with hundreds of wigs being synthetic and we are very happy to help with all your needs. By the way the truth should always be told especially when there are witnesses to antics of individuals.…
Thank you Wig Galleria. What nice ladies and a wonderful selection at this store. Spent all day Saturday shopping for a wig at other wig stores trying to figure out what wig I would even consider settling for. Walked into wig galleria today and spent over 2 hrs trying on so many lovely styles finally had to choose between 4 that I absolutely loved and decided on 1 for now but will be back for the others. The ladies were so patient and helpful. They suggested styles to me I never thought I would pick for myself and they were all perfect. Thanks again for being so kind and patient and with your help I know I will be fine when all my hair falls out due to cancer. Oh and PS the choices in had scarfs and hats was fantastic and so many cute styles to choose from. I will return.…
LIARS- ALL SYNTHETIC HAIR. I was told that all there hair was European. After ordering the one i liked, i finally got it only to find out that it was synthetic hair. I went back to the store to ask them why they lied and they denied everything. As i was trying to get there information, one of the employees flipped out, grabbed my bag and keys and threw it out side. She would not stop yelling at me, so i called the cops because i was feeling endangered by her yelling in my face with a pen in her hand. As soon as i started talking to the dispatcher they decided to give my money back. I am still shocked at everything that happened and i just want people to know that the hair is not real but in fact synthetic. BE AWARE…
