Staff was the rudest I have ever experienced. I would rather pay triple then be treated with such disrespect. Don't support this store.. please.. I went to the one in Roseville last night. The staff in there was beyond rude to me. Never ever once acknowledging me. Now mind you, I have plenty of money to shop at a store that isn't discounted.. but I wanted to see what they had. They had a bin of hats.. it said half off. Well, I had my items and stood at the register for about 10min. almost ready to walk out. Finally a staff member came up... never said hello and talked to her coworkers behind her as she was ringing me up. The hate rang up at full price, I showed her that all of them were mismarked.. she said it was basically not her problem. This will be the last time....... EVER I SHOP THERE. I hope to write the owner to let he or she know how rude their workers are. Plus, very over priced... experience.. AWFUL......... !!!!!!!!!
Noses in the air - what do we wear?. Man. This place is out there on the prices. Cute enough clothes, but the prices on them are like going to the mall and buying new. I brought in high quality stuff that was the same style as what they had on their racks. none of it was good enough. The retail girls were walking around like they were better then everybody. Then they underpaid me for what I did sell (1 outta 25 items). Won't recommend them to anyone anytime soon.
Not at all what they advertise to be. I was very disappointed to find that when I brought clean, quality clothing into this store, they said they don't buy any of the items I was selling, and on my way out the door I found three pieces of clothing that were exactly the same as I brought in. The clothing was seasonal, but the season timing was right. If they don't buy this type of clothing from their customers, how are they going to sell this type of clothing to their customers? I have had two other friends say the same thing about this store and the one on Arden Way. I won't be going back anytime soon.
This store proves that wearing used clothing doesn't have to leave you looking like a "Brady Bunch" reject..

The Scene
The layout is mall-inspired round racks. The music is familiarly hip. And pickiness is a virtue. The store's buyers selectively sort through possible acquisitions for current men's and women's styles, especially those with impressive labels. Crossroads draws the uber-hip traffic (read: everyone and their multiply-pierced brother), but professionals in search of presentability shop here too.
Gotta Have It
The most ostentatious brands garner wall space: Anna Sui, bebe, Dolce & Gabbana. But racks harbor a plethora of well-preserved, young contemporary styles and a handful of inexpensive new merchandise from Rampage, Mooks and Greed Girl.
What You'll Spend
Oodles less than the first owner. Sneak out with a black leather dress from Anna Sui for $100 or a pair of big black London Underground boots for $20. Marika McElroy
