Love these guys.. For the second time in a row. Heron has impressed me. I took in a laptop and had to have the keyboard replaced since my son broke several keys on it. It was also running slow. They cleaned it up for me without having to reinstall anything. Everyone else told me to just reinstall windows. They also got me a better running antivirus Nod32.
Rinky dink outfit..
I called Heron during the week to make sure they would be open on the following Saturday, June 30. The woman who answered the phone said they were open Saturdays, from 10a to 4p. Upon my arrival about 11am that Saturday, a neon ?Open? sign shone brightly in the window. Next to it was a notice saying simply, "We will be closed Saturday, June 30." No apology, no explanation.
Only a hired clerk would be that stupid. An owner would approach the matter from the customer?s point of view. I remember once going to a restaurant early one morning before the owner had arrived. A waitress had attached a cowbell to the entrance door to notify her of arrivals and departures. The effect was progressively irritating. Finally the owner arrived and immediately removed the bell.
My sense of Huron is of a business left in charge of the help.
