Love it, Love it, LOVE IT. The Artery was my first artist co-op experience. An art gallery and a retail shop...multipurpose! You can see exhibitions of local artists and browse through the co-op's goods on display. I love buying hand crafted items as gifts. To see a potters name in the bottom of a pot...or know that someone used their own hands and a hammer to create a beautiful piece of silver jewelry...these are things I look for in great gifts. I would love to receive gifts from The Artery. If you're on a shopping trip through the Northern Central Valley...visit the Artery in Davis to see great work by local artists.
