Customer service?. This is the worst branch I've been to. I am with the other reviewer Alyson. The tellers are so rude, I can't say any names, but it was a younger blonde girl. I came in to do my business there and she literally treated me like dirt. I walked up to the counter and she asked how she could help me and I introduced myself. She then stared at me as I waited for a responsed and then she exclaimed, "YES? Can I help you!!" I've never felt more belittled at a bank before. The teller was so rude to me. I am switching banks now. I would rather have a bank closer to me in Wells Fargo that treats me better than this bank. I don't recommend bank of the west to anyone in Citrus Heights.
