TERRIBLE!!!!. Lee Enos who is the manager harassed an elderly woman and her daughter for 10 years, evicted them for no reason, he sent out FAKE eviction notices, that did not go through court. that was printed out on the office computer in hopes that they would leave, he would pound on the side of the mobile home because he was convinced there was a large dog there, which the rules state that a person can have a dog under 25 pounds (There was a 7 pound chihuahua) the elderly woman and her daughter was harassed and had there mobile home and car vandalized and with police reports and proof of over 8 cases of Vandalism on their property Lee refused to do anything about it, the woman who harassed the elderly woman and her daughter then harassed an elderly woman who suffered from a stroke, and her autistic son Lee still refused to do anything.

2 years ago he harassed a woman who had heart problems, he had gotten her so upset she suffered from a heart attack the next day after he came to her place screaming at her over something that was not true, she then died.

After evicting the elderly woman and her daughter and throwing them out in the street after 27 years of rent being paid on time, he then took the mobile home and told neighbors that he purchased the mobile home from them, while the owners of the mobile home recieved NO MONEY, NO LETTERS OR ANY REASON and there mobile home was given away, and all there stuff still inside, he did all of this illegally. Without reason.

Lee Enos intimidates older woman, he will harass, threaten any older woman, and will even forge papers, which the elderly woman and her daughter recieved forged papers from them that he created on the office computer. This place is NOT a place that nearly 100% of it's residence would suggest to anyone, while this man mangages this place or has any part in managment, I highly suggest finding another place to live.
