I wouldnt go any where else.. I have been a patient there since 2001 and i wouldnt go any where else. I have had multiple surgeries on my feet and ankles and can say it is because of this establishment that i am able to walk sooner and recover better. The staff is easy to get along with and just a joy to be around. I would recomend Fuqua to everyone that has to go thru pt.

Great Place. I have been to this physical therapy location several times for different post operative reasons. Not only have I always found them to be professional and friendly but I have used the whole office as an example to teach staff that I was supervising. I am in the medical field and had 50 employees that I was supervising. When we had meetings regarding how to greet and treat patients Fuqua was the example I used. I have never been put on hold for long periods of time there. They answer the phone professionally and answer all your questions. The staff all greet you when you enter the building. You don't stand there waiting for someone to acknowledge you. The therapists are wonderful as they take you right back and work with you and encourage you to do your best without hurting you. They know everyone by name and their problems and they work with each person individually to suite their personal needs. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who needs physical therapy and if you have staff that needs training on how to treat patients then this is the staff to use as an example. Donna C.

WANT TO GET BETTER? GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!. I think they've forgotten what they are supposed to be doing here...rehabilitating people. I actually got worse in their care and am thriving now at another therapist in Rocklin. I think they seriously need to re-examine their business model. How can you feel good about causing more harm than good? I did not feel that they listened to me at all. They definitely set me back by 2-3 weeks in my surgical recovery. They don't spend much time with you, the place is overcrowded and not very clean. Yes, there should be a reasonable amount of pain involved in physical therapy, but you have to listen to the patients! If I would have been referred back to my doctor sooner for a cortisone shot, I may have been back to work by now. In hindsight, it sure feels like all they are interested in is getting the maximum number of visits that they can out of you. Bottom line is that their technique is really bad. Too much brute force, not enough ROM and gentle manual manipulation. My advice to patients is find somewhere else to go unless you enjoy pain and want to remain on disability.

Amazing Results. I have been going to Fuqua after each of my 7 knee surgeries. I have never been disappointed by their professionalism and compassion. Dave and Jen are the best and work out of the Folsom Blvd. office and the Citrus Heights office.

Go to Fruitridge Chiropractic instead!!!. The office staff are unorganized and unprofessional. Poor service and slow service. I recommend Fruitridge Chiropractic instead.

Very patient friendly, great work. I don't know anything of their certifications or anything like that, but what I do know about are the results I got. I tore my ACL and lateral meniscus and was expected to be sidelined from sports for nine months. I went to Fuqua Physical Therapy for rehabilitation purposes and when I was done my injured leg was considerably stronger than my good leg, and I was cleared by my doctor to participate full contact in sports after just five months. I wouldn't have been able to do it without Fuqua PT, and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Fuqua PT response. In response to npremo, the Consumer Affairs Department does not license facilities, it licenses individual providers. All of our PTs and PTAs, of course, are licensed. I will not comment on npremo's complaint, but I will say that we could not be in business for 28 years if we did not deliver quality care and be supported by many local and bay area MDs.

No to Fuqua. Given a copy of a page out of a book for exercises, hooked up to a an electronic stimulus machine with an ice bag for 10 - 15 minutes and sent home to continue exercises. Had 6 appointments, only went to three hoping for better results, but it only got worse from there. I unfortunately would have to not recommend Fuqua Physical Therapy to anyone. I also could not locate an active license for the faciltiy on the Physical Therapy Board of California website.
