Sadly my flowers never got to their destination. Nina's IS really good at the blame game, however...blaming their lack of professionalism on their answering service and the other flower shop they (never) sent my order to.

Valentines Chaos. I always order from Nina's. Expensive but worth it until lately I ordered at 9:15 AM. A Dozen roses @ $89 plus $20 for delivery.... At 9:25 I cancelled becauese my wife was on the road today. They said OK, we will cancel your charge. At 11:36 AM they delivered anyway. I called at 3:00 and said I cancelled. They said" we can't contact our drivers," "so you want us to pick them up? Tacky? "the snippy lady said "so you want them for free Huh?" I said it was tacky to pick them up. They said OK we will reverse it. They called my wife after that in Sacramento and ask her to bring them to Elk Grove so they could pick them up. I will never use them again. They are tacky, I am emberassed and I picked the same thing up for $19.99.Never again. The nerve.

Great flower shop in southern Sacramento / Elk grove / Great customer service!!!. These guy's are GREAT!

After a disastrous time with 1-800-flowers LAST year

( they couldn't even find my wife at a kaiser hospital where she works as a receptionist!!!! )

for her b-day..this year I tried Nina's and the staff was GREAT! they even delivered ON TIME, they even helped with my selection of arrangements as well and my wife was SO HAPPY ( As was I ).

Big Kudos to nina's for a job well done.

P.S. Knowbody gets 5 stars from me.. But I hardly ever even give 4 stars.

Good job Nina's!!!
