Great Family Atmosphere!. I am a local singer/songwriter as well as musician (been a guest artist on television), who has been trying very hard to grow my hair out after keeping it fairly short for many years. I had finally come to the point where I desperately needed help as my hair is very thick and curly. I am also very protective of my hair as I don't want to ruin my efforts of two and a half years (though I have had it trimmed from time to time).

I decided to visit Notorious in Elk Grove, and I must share that I am so glad that I did!! The owner was able to work me into her busy schedule as she took the time to discuss what would be best for me. She understood my concerns as well as my desire to look "cutting edge," and provided me with a cut that absolutely blew me away. I still have a lot of my length, but my curls have been brought to life!!! Not too thick, just perfect!! She also gave me a really cool color with highlights, that I am very pleased with as well.

If you haven't tried Notorious, I would highly recommend that you do!! They are very friendly over there as well (family oriented), and I saw customers of a wide variety of ages. I talked to several people who had been using Notorious for many years, which spoke volumes to me as a customer. I will definitely go there again!!! Anita Rivera (the owner) ROCKS!!!!!
