When other shops turn your dogs/cats away, come here.

by Jenny1984 at Citysearch

I work at bonnie's grooming., but before I worked here, I was a customer for years. Bonnie's specializes in dogs that are hard to groom (i.e. aggressive, tense, scared, biters, etc.) and cats of all types. We will NOT muzzle unless an absolute last resort, and even then, all dogs will come around with repeated visits to get used to the staff and surroundings. We bring our own rescued pets to work with us everyday and have many different options for shampoos to fit your dogs coat needs. Please give us a try for yourself and form your own opinion, we won't let you down, I guarantee it!

Bonnies Pet Grooming experiance

by hellotoyoutoday at Citysearch

we have taken our 3 white labs to Bonnie's for over 4 years now, with nothing but awesome results.....

except for our last visit when we got all our dogs back with cuts and half inch gashes and blood all over them. They were wimpering and bolted twords me which they only do when they are badly hurt and they tried to bite me, i would like to ask for a polite and non violent boycott of this terrible establishment

Best Groomers In Sac

by josie758 at Citysearch

I moved to Sacramento about 11 years ago and had a VERY difficult time finding a groomer. My dog is a difficult dog to groom, he is a Bichon Frise with a bad attitude. Most groomers would ask us to put a mussel on him when we dropped him off, but at Bonnie's we were assured we never had to. After we picked him up the first time he looked great! The people at Bonnie's told us that my dog was great and a treat to have. I was shocked how well they were with my dog. I will always go back to them with all of my dogs.

  • Pros: Deal well with difficult dogs
  • Cons: nothing

Excellent Groomers

by afy at Citysearch

I couldn't agree with Eric more. The staff at Bonnie's are wonderful! We've also been taking our dog there (Australian Shepherd / Chow Chow mix) and it's also quite a drive for us, but it's well worth it. Our dog looks beautiful when we pick her up and she's never once seemed out of ease with the staff. I took her to a place one time and when I picked her up or got near her she ran with her tail between her legs and hid - I knew then I'd never take her back there! But, no problems with Bonnie's, she actually seems to enjoy her trips there.

Only downside is that they only take cash or checks. Depending on which groomer takes her (they're all great so I request no one specific), the price may vary by 5 or 10 dollars so you always have to make sure you have plenty of cash on hand or you have to pay by check and well, let's face it - who has or even knows where their checkbooks are these days? lol. I'd much rather have the ease of debit/credit payment. But, either way, it won't stop me from taking my pet there every time she needs a grooming.

  • Pros: Friendly, accomodating, good to the pets, reasonable prices
  • Cons: Don't take credit cards
