THIS WAS OUR FIRST EXPERIENCE RENTING VERSUS OWNING..AND NOT ONLY WAS THE QUALITY SUPERIOR, BUT THE PERSONNEL ARE GENTLE WITH FIGURE FLAWS OR ANY CONCERNS, AND SO CREATIVE TO HELP MAKE THE EXPERIENCE FUN!!!!
