To whom it may concern:

My family and I had the worst experience with Miguel Urgante with Mid Valley Funding. He is unprofessional and dishonest. He said our Mortgage Broker fee would be $1200.00 and charged us $1916.00. My mom and I went over the estimated Hud-1 line by line with Miguel prior to signing documents. He promised he would send us a check for the difference of $716.00. We followed up with him 3 months later since we hadn?t received our refund. Miguel couldn?t recall the conversation however said he would look into it and get back to us. Three weeks later still had not heard back from him so I left a message for him. I waited another week and still no response from him. So I followed up again and he of course blamed others for his mistakes. I finally got a response from him today. He tried to play this mind game that we must have confused what he said. He is dishonest and unprofessional. I would recommend that you do not do business with this company or Miguel. If Miguel would have owned up to his mistake we would have understood. There was no apology for relaying incorrect information to us. He is a liar, rude and unprofessional. He doesn?t let you speak he talks over you like what you have to say doesn?t matter. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MID-VALLEY FUNDING OR MIGUEL URGANTE
