Unfriendly and unhelpful. The cashier is snubby and unhelpful. She gives one-word answers and looks at you strangely if you ask for anything out of the ordinary, or just ignores you. She simply takes your order and then it's to hell with you. For example, I was once at the window and asked if they had a certain topping for my order, and she dismissed me with "Have a nice day". Same attitude inside the restaruant. They should be more courteous and acknowledging, such as by being willing to help or saying "I'm sorry, we don't have that." A little courtesy goes a long way.
