Great service. I will definitely be using this store again, not only for their beautiful and fresh flowers which they always have, but this time I wanted to write a review to say thank you to their excellent customer service. At the last minute my son told me he needed a wristlet for that nights senior ball at 10 am.. I decided to call Exotica at 1:00 expecting to hear "no can do", but instead the very nice lady who answered the phone said it wasn't a problem, and after she made some very nice suggestions regarding my order, she said it would be ready at 2:00. I was very happy and knew they would do a nice job. My son unfortunately got lost and did not get to the store until a lot later than 2:00, but the owner had called me to say not to worry and that she would stay there until my son arrived. Thank you again from a very satisfied customer.

Avoid at all costs. I ordered a bouquet of flowers for mother's day off their website. the bouquet on the website looked very nice and robust... but when i got to the flower shop to pick it up I thought "what is this????" When I placed the order I even requested extra flowers to make the bouquet a little bigger and said that I would pay $10 extra. The total came to be nearly $50 for a bouquet of flowers that looked TINY!!! WHAT A RIP-OFF!!! I went home with the flowers and compared them to the website to be fair before i made any judgements... sure enough the pic on the website looked MUCH better. Granted the flowers were fresh but isnt that expected!?! I was so dissapointed that I went to Raley's down the street and got a nice bouquet of flowers that was very comparable in quality and TWICE the size for twenty bucks... I had a horrible experience at Exotica and will NEVER go back. All I can say is fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me... i'm taking my business elsewhere.
