I was very impressed with Sierra Carpet Care when they recently cleaned my carpet. They were on time, professional and very nice. They shared knowledge of hints and tips for my future carpet care and really cared about doing a great job.

I have three dogs, which means vacuuming twice a week, and more dirt tracked through the house. My carpet, although not top of the line, lookds like new. There was an area that needed stretching, and their tecnician Brian had to cut the carpet and stretch it to fit properly. You cannot even see a seem! This, to me, was worth them coming out, on its own.

When I called, the owner answered the phone!. How often does that happen? He made my appointment himself, and worked around my odd schedule.

They did what they said they would do, and I would use them again.

Top Notch Customer Service

Sierra Carpet Care has been cleaning my family and friends houses for years with EXCELLENT customer service. They always have done TOP NOTCH work on all my cleaning needs. I recommend them to anybody who wants a company that has the expertise and commitment to excellence as Sierra Carpet Care does. The technicians are always professional and courteous and service is always above and beyond the call to make sure the customer is happy before they leave and will make sure they're happy long after they are done with the job.

Sierra Carpet Care has serviced my home carpet cleaning needs for 10+ years. As billed, each servicing representative has shown CARE for my needs and the needs of my carpet. The staff I have found to be competent, professional and, importantly, punctual. I have no hesitations referring this organization to any and all who wish to employ skilled and friendly technicians into their home or place of business.

Their efforts this week were most impressive with extra labors from Dan to remove what I thought were impossible stains. Thank you all Sierra Carpet Care. I look forward to many years of continued service.

Great Customer Service

I have used Sierra Carpet Care for the past six years for all of our carpet and upholstery cleaning and repair.and must commend them for the consistently excellent standard of service that they have provided.. They are always very responsive in scheduling appointments at my convenience and most impotantly show up when they say they will. Their technicians have always been professional, personable and thorough. Their commitment to quality work was apparent to me early on when I had to call up on them for help a couple of months after putting new carpet in my living room. I had a new puppy who chewed the carpet on the stairs down to the wood stripping much to our dismay. Sierra came out and replaced the carpeting with the surplus we had on hand and did such a fine job that no one would ever know there had been a problem. There are a lot of "carpet cleaners" out there so I feel fortunate to have found an established company that I can consistently rely on. I have recommended them to numerous friends and neighbors over the years and will continue to do so.
