But they are fast and cheap..
I find it's better to go with the combo, sometimes it's better to go a-la-carte (price wise). Just scan the menu and do some adding in your head before you order, because it's one of those places where altering your order slightly from what you wanted, or what they have in a combo, might save you like a dollar or two.
The sides that other places don't have like, green beans and macaroni. As far as the Chicken, its tender and delicious. Yes it's greasy, don't get me wrong, but in comparison to KFC, it might as well be bone dry...and way more flavorful. I do wish they had a few things that were more healthy. But they are fast and cheap.
Cajun-inspired chicken and biscuits chain proffers classic Southern favorites, seafood, sides and desserts with a tangy twist..
In Short
This Cajun-style fast food restaurant first opened in New Orleans in 1972 and has since achieved domestic and international fame for its flavorful mild and spicy chicken. In addition to the storied buttermilk biscuits, seafood menu items range from fried popcorn shrimp and shrimp snack "Craver Paks" to chicken sausage jambalaya, catfish baskets and shrimp etouffee. More festive Louisiana regional fare--think red beans and rice, and Mardi Gras cheesecake--rounds out the menu.
