Unprofessional & Lacking Integrity

The residential sales reps don't take the time to get your order right. They don't return voicemails and watch their caller ID to avoid customers they don't feel like confronting. Doors aren't delivered on time. Once your contractor confirms the order is incorrect, A-1 Door only argues why they won't refund your money and offers no solutions to the problems they created. Worst customer service experience ever.
