Saved my weekend. Friday evening I totaly lost the picture on my Toshiba Theatre view rear projection set. Saturday morning I swung by and talked to him and he gave me quick rough estimate, so I brought the set in not expecting to see it untill at least Monday, A couple of hours later he called and told me that my set was done and he would be there for another hour if I wanted to pick it up. now I doubt if he can do same day every time, but it was nice, and he even offered me a loaner set while he worked on mine. Good guy and my money was spent in a local family run shop.

Like these guys, they can really fix a tv. They have fixed our old big screen Mitsubishi 3 times over the past 5 years or more. Sears charged us lots of money, and went away, tv did not work. I like to spend my money in North Highlands. And I like spending my money with a local, long time business. Thanks guys, my husband can not live without his TV for long.

Honest & Quick. Gene Betts has been in business many years, and they have repaired two televisions and one dual deck cassette player for us. Each time the work was thorough, professional and performed at a reasonable rate. These days, as we are trying to stretch our dollars, repair is often a great option. Give them a try .. you won't be sorry.

Eight years of quality service!. For the last eight years I have taken countless numbers of equipment to Gene Betts TV & VCR Repair. They have always gone out of their way to extened wonderful service, and there has never been a question asked if I had to bring back a piece of equipment a second time. (Happend once) They fixed the newly blown part at no charge for parts or labor. No matter what anyone else might say, because anyone can have a bad day now and then, Gene and Kyle are wonderful people and I would highly recomend them to all of my friends and family. Glad that I found their ad in our church bulletin so many years ago.

Rip off artist - Racists - Dishonest. NOT TO BE TRUSTED WITH ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Gene Bett's T.V. repair shop is one of Sacramento's WORST television repair facilities. The current owner, Kyle Bett, Gene's son, has one of the most racists, foul mouthed, swearing at and in front of customers. He will tell you that your tv cannot be repaired as he told me when i needed my tv fixed, to later find it sitting in the front of the store for sale, AND IN WORKING ORDER!!!!! So what ever your do, DO NOT take your electronics to Gene Bett's on Watt Ave. in N.H.
