Less than candid.. My wife and I just purchased a new Toyota Sienna on July 26, 2011. While negotiating the price we made an offer of accepting a payment which was $46.00 lower that offered. When the sales manager returned he offered us a payment within $5.00 of our offer. We accepted the offer and signed the paperwork. After reviewing the contract I realized the price we paid was higher that I had expected. I called the sales manager and after reviewing his notes he stated that the original payment included $800.00 for a Lo Jake. Since the window sticker did not indicate a Lo Jake was part of the price and since we had told our salesperson we were not interested in a Lo Jake security system, I told the sales manager I felt we should be credited an additional $800.00. After talking to his manager he informed me they were not willing to make an adjustment in the price. It's a shame that a company as large and longstanding as Roseville Toyota would be so caviler regarding the final satisfaction of a new customer. I won't be visiting Roseville Toyota in the future and I hope anyone reading this will understand why.
On behalf of all of us at Roseville Toyota, I would like to apologize for your poor experience dealing with our dealership. I would very much appreciate the chance to further discuss the things you have mentioned in this review. I can assure you 100% customer service is our number one priority and I would like the chance to show you this value. Please contact me at your convenience.

HAD TO CONTACT BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU: MUST READ!!.
**SO BAD I CONTACTED BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!***
If there was a negative star rating.. they would receive it. one star is kind!
I purchased a car there, regrettably. They sold a car to me using lies and misinformation. I asked for a Carfax and NEVER RECEIVED CARFAX and I know why..
ENGINE was WATER exposed, FULL REPAINT (except the roof) after an undisclosed accident. their own service report noted "PAINT BAD" due to ORANGE PEEL appearance. They pushed me to buy the car even though it was dark and I was uncomfortable. I believe it was so I could not see the paint doesn't match the roof!
PEOPLE WHO WILL LIE AND SCREW YOU OVER:
and pretty much all the other sales people I encountered. receptionist were nice.
I've been dealing with these issues and gotten no where with Toyota. All they do is lie, lie and lie some more and don't give a sh*t about customer service or doing what's right. I asked to speak with the main manager JOHN BRUNET and was told "he doesn't talk to customers"!!!
**CURRENTLY FILING WITH BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU OVER ISSUES***

went in got a truck......6 weeks later they couldn't find a bank to do the loan....wanted to give us another truck. tried to screw us over and lied lied lied. now we have no truck,,,,,nothing. The people that were involved in this deal and that you should avoid at all costs are : MIKE DANGELO "BIG MIKE" - DJ SINGH - ERIC OLSON - THOMAS FAGAN - STEVE SADIES - JOE BEITZEL - LANCE DAUERTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
STAY AWAY....THEY WILL CAUSE SO MUCH DRAMA IN YOUR LIFE THAT YOU DO NOT NEED OR DESERVE.
THEY LIE AND SCREW YOU OVER!
Service Department Sells Unnecessary Repairs. I took my Avalon in for some minor warantee repairs and asked if they would check to see why my cigarette lighter/power outlet was non functional. I specically asked if a fuse needed replacing, which is a really simple thing to check. They called me and said there were no faulty fuses and that the cause would be a loose wire for which they would need my permission to remove the dashboard to correct. This would not be covered under warrantee and I would have to pay approximately $250. I declined and took it to my regular mechanic, who replaced the faulty fuse for a few dollars!!!
Service you can TRUST. My car needed an oil change recently and I purchased it over at Roseville Toyota so I thought i'd give their service center a try out. I came in on Sunday, which I was already amazed they were open on, to get my first service done. I had excellent service from when I arrived to when I sat back in my car to drive away, far better than any joe schmoe jiffy lube type place. They had hot dogs and drinks going on and a pretty decent wait area with sat tv. I don't think I can even think of one thing bad to say about the service i had.
they are liars...AVOID this dealership! Warning!. Do not go this dealership! I repeat, DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP! They have a bad reputation for lying to customers. I didn't know this ofcourse, so I took in my 2007 Toyota Yaris for a car oil change. When we were approached by a salesman that promised us everything, yada, yada, yada. Then what really caught my attention was a special that they had going on. If I was to trade in my car for a 2007 Camry, and if I had good credit, I would qualify for a 3.9% APR. Ofcourse I qualified, with a 750 credit score. So I did that, and since they did not tell me that it was only for a 5 year contract, I signed for a 7 year instead. When I went back in to ask them about the apr they promised, they said sure, BUT you have to put MORE money down on your payment. On top of what I had already put down? I met with the general sales manager, and ofcourse he wasn't going to help me. I called the dealership a lie, and called him a liar to his face, and he had to say in his defense. Boy was he embrassed. They may look at me like a little kid, but WHAT THE ****! I did the only thing to do, I reported them. That was when I found out how bad their rep was. Check it out if I was you, its open to the public. They've had compliants from harassment to contracts. Yes, contracts, and they said there's nothing you can do after you sign something. Yeah right, don't let them get away with trying to screw you or anyone you care about. They are way too pushy, and their prices are way more than other dealerships, really. I did eventually get my apr that I qualified for, but I had to fight for it. How stupid is that? DO NOT GO THIS DEALERSHIP! I WILL BE HEARD! Believe me, they know who I am.
