sams sattellites of cameron park,ca. i ordered satellite service through SAMS SATELLITES Iin cameron park ,ca. because they beat anyone elses offer and they were locally owned. The installer arrived on time at my convenience and was friendly and checked every tv in my home to make sure i had excellent reception and picture quality. I would recomend them to anyone.

professional service, and friendly people.. browsing through the ledger dispatch of el dorado county i came across "sams satellites" i was unhappy with my cable company and wanted something better for my family, sam and sandy (owners) provided fast and easy satellite service. they were understanding and worked with my schedule to do the installation at my convenience, at a price no one else could beat. They are family owned and operated, which made it feel more personal, rather than talking to employees of an employee when i had a question. the installer of the satellite dish came to my home at a time i decided and didn’t leave until i was satisfied with my television, he was very friendly and knew what he was doing, i am extremely happy i did business with them.

Rip Off - If You cancel early Sam charges you $199.00 and Dish charges you $180.00 Fees. Purchased at California State Fair 2007. Cancelled because it was not being fixed correctly. January's storm knocked sattelitte off and could not get a responsible dish person out. Cancelled Service with Dish paid penalty fees with Dish and a week later Sam's Satelite charged me $199.00 for cancelling dish. Since he is a "RETAILER FOR DISH" I understood and agreed if I cancel early I'd have to pay a fee.... BUT.... he did not STATE a fee for him and a fee for DISH! He took the money out with no advanced warning to me and my checks bounced!

STAY AWAY FROM SAM'S SATELITE IT'S A RIP OFF!
