Tips for Heritage Oak Glen Mobile Park

Orangevales Hidden Gem.
I've managed mobile home and RV Parks in prior years and a year ago moved my mobile home into Heritage Oak Glen. I wish I was younger and still in the management business as I would love to manage a park like this.
I looked in this park for several years and found nothing available for sale and finally found a lot where a former tenants mobile home had fire damage and was removed from the park, leaving a vacant space. I feel so fortunate to have found a space to move my mobile home into. This is a beautiful, well maintained senior park. Small and not an overload of activities but enough to keep you busy if it's your interest. Wonderful kind, caring, congenial tenants and such a pleasure to be part of this community. The park areas as well as tenant lots are all well kept and pride in the community is apparent. Very peaceful and quiet with a wonderful creek running through the property that is full of ducks, occasional geese, squirrels and a bird haven. Wonderful place to live.
