ADA Discrimination regarding Service Animals. I called today and spoke to a gentleman named Bill regarding renting a montly space. He started off by being very helpful and telling me the rates and that they currently had spaces available. I then informed him that I was disabled and that I have a Registered Service dog (which happens to be a Rottweiler) and that I have all of the paperwork to verify this. He then became very rude and said that he didn't care what I had that they didn't allow certain breeds and thats all there was to that. I asked him if he was aware of the American with Disabilities Act (Which is a Federal Law) which prohibits discrimination to those of us with a disability and needs a Service Dog and he rudly said to fax him the paperwork but he would do everything that he could to stop us from moving into the park. He then stated that it was Sunday and he didn't have time for this and hung up on me without letting me finish! My husband and I would never live in a place where they discriminate against people who have disabilities and need a Service Dog and where they have such rude management. Hopefully Bill will never be treated the way he treated me today.

Sunshine Mobile Village. We enjoyed our 3 months stay at Sunrise Mobile Village. Great location. Very reasonably priced. People who run the place are very friendly and accommodating.

Very poor management. leash law not inforced, speed law not inforced, nothing is done about junk nonoperational cars that are not licenced, nothing is done about bird noise from a resident the has set up and avery and one resident that complained was thrown out of the office.
