We have a beautiful pool in our backyard thanks to our designer at Premier pools Ryan Rouse. He designed a pool to adapt to a 31 year old yard. You would think this pool was originaly build with the home. Ryan was so patient to work with. This was a huge project with demolition of the old yard and fitting in this beautiful pool and yard in a very rural setting. Any problems that came up he was right there to work with us and make this journey a pleasant and stress free experience. We can't thank him enough for all his advise and follow through. He listened very carefully to all of our conserns and needs. Premier came through in a timely manor with everything that needed to be done. All their crew members were very considerate and kept us informed at all levels. We have a great backyard we will enjoy for years to come.

25 June 2012, pool remodel started. (4 day job; original start date, June 10!.) Pool emptied, tile demo'd. 5 July, wrong colored stack stone installed and removed; ordered new stack stone. 13 July, pool still empty and waiting for stack stone So much for having it done by July 4th. You decide

We are having our pool built right now and I have been really happy with the quality and customer service of the build. The staff (from office personel to the guys building the pool) have been completely professional and fun to work with. I would recommend Premier Pools to anyone thinking about buying a pool.

Poor customer service with finger pointing. Please be aware, there is a complete lack of customer service and attention to detail with their pool cleaning service. After 6 months of poor service, my pools turn green. Dont hire them, you will be sorry.

Beautiful job!. I want to express how very satisfied we are with our new pool that Premier Pools built for us. It truly is a beautiful addition to our property and is a joy to look at. The pool has totally changed the feeling we have when we open our windows and see our tropical paradise in our own backyard. The quality of construction that Premier uses in the building of their pools is the MAIN reason we went with this company. As with any construction project there were a few problems along the way, but they handled them in a very professional way and went the EXTRA mile to make sure that we were satisfied. A customer can’t ask for anything more. I would recommend Premier Pools to any family or friend if they really want a quality pool.

Great service, start to finish. Premier Pools just finished my home pool in Folsom and I couldn't be happier with the results. It was my first pool, and a difficutl site, so though I researched companies thoroughly, got multiple estimates, I didn't really know what to expect. However, every team was extremely courteous, careful and accomodating, explaining their part as well as what was coming next, and doing their best to minimize the impact of construction (my existing patio next to the pool was unscathed!). Deserving special mention however, was our main contact and designer, Ryan Rouse. He patiently developed and interactively detailed two entirely separate designs (the second taking into account my Wife's input!), both of which turned our backyard's liability (huge slope) into a beautiful asset. Ryan carefully laid out the timeline and work phases on signing the contract, I took careful notes, and was pleased to see it go like clockwork. Every concern or question I had along the way was answered by Ryan, usually within hours (nights and weekends included!). Finally, from the many personal conversations I had with Ryan, I can say its refreshing to meet someone with his personal integrity. Maybe not unusual to come by these days, but certainly getting more rare.
