I was in the new Bridal Mart at the Nimbus Winery a couple weeks ago the store look great I was a bit upset about the way a other employee treated our consultant she came to us and still don't know why she approach us when Dani our consultant ex planned what our choices were she step our for a few minute so we could look for yourself

This red head came out of no where and started to talk to us when our consultant told her that she was working with us she start to yell at her

and told her that we complaint and that was not truth dani excuse herself and we told her that we did not complaint ,then and the back grown the red head said that we where lying

If it was not for our consultant we would of walk out

I do not think this type of person is very good for you business

We did buy a dress.. Thank you dani

Worth the trip over "the hill"

My consultant was Desiree, and she was SUPURB!!!! She is very knowledgeable and easy going. She only works weekends, so make sure to book a weekend appointment with her. She let me try on as many dresses as I wanted and she even made a few suggestions of her own without being over bearing. She also let my mom come back into the dressing rooms with me and help, while my sister and best friend were allowed to wait in the "modeling" area to take pictures. Desiree encouraged us to take as many pictures as we wanted and she took her time with me as well; answering all the questions I had.

I would say the only drawback of my visit was who I think was the manager. A young girl was on the phone and put the customer on hold, I don't know the situation but the manager came out and began yelling at her in front of a bunch of customers and other team members. Very unprofessional on the managers part in my opinon; but other than that my experience was AWESOME at Bridal Mart. Be aware they are moving to a new location I believe April 16th, check the website before you go.

If you are coming from a distance like I did (came from Reno) there is a nice little hotel not too far from the store called All Suites I believe. (Close by is a Marriott and Holiday Inn.)

• Cons: They aren't in Reno :(

BEST PRICES ON BEAUTIFUL DRESSES AND GREAT STAFF

THANK YOU BRIDAL MART FOR MY DREAM DRESS!!!!!! I got my wedding dress (that I have dreamed about for years) The price was less that all the other bridal stores and my sales person was such a classy

woman. I got all my accessories ,shoes and bridesmaids here and I heard they have been in business for over 20 years. I LOVE THIS STORE!!
