Izumi is the best....period.. My family has been dining at Izumi's for a few years now.

I enjoy the rolls and the fresh fish, while my wife and young daughter order

the more traditional teriyaki salmon, shrimp tempura, honey walnut shrimp,

and the crab-stuffed choices.

Jimmy, Steve, Bob, Harry, William and the rest of the crew are very friendly.

In fact, Bob always gives our daughter Japanese bubble gum after dinner!

This restaurant is run by hands-on owners; which really makes a huge difference.

We have tried many sushi locations in our travels (we travel a lot), but none compare

with the taste and freshness of the products served at Izumi in Rocklin.

Great food Great people!. I have been going to izumi's for 10 years and i have yet to find a better sushi resturaunt. The people are always friendly and there newadditions to the menu have made the already exceptional food even better. I love the job Jimmy and all his employees do to make you feel welcomed. Whether its lunch or dinner Izumi's is the place to go for great sushi.

Japanese Restaurant. My kids LOVE the Udon. They also love the sushi rice. We've found the traditional Japanese food to be good. The service is up and down. Most of the time, we'll wait a long while or get everything, but wait for one or two components of the meal. To be fair, once in a while, we'll get things right away. Overall, it's one of the more consistent, better quality, fairly priced, Japanese restaurants in the area.

the best!. I was new to sushi when I first came here over a year ago. I now eat here at least once a week. Everyone is nice and after a while, they tend to know your name and orders!! It has been a real treat and will continue to be my favorite place to eat. Hats off to Jimmy, Steve, Bob and Wee-wee for their fine rolls!

GREAT SUSHI. This is a "whole in the wall" sushi bar, but just as good as as good as the fancier places. This is our favorite Sushi Bar. We have been to many in the area. For the price and quality you can't beat Izumi.

For Mikuni lovers, the spicey Johnny Roll is challanged here at Izumi with the 5 star and Izumi Rolls. This sushi is fresh and tasty. The staff is friendly. Come casual ready to enjoy some very good sushi.

For raw oyster eater's...they have great oyster's on the half shell. YUM!
