Some plaster problems. We too had C&R do a plastering job on a new pool and had several visual problems prior to the pool being filled. We were told the spots would go away as the product cures, but after a year we are still waiting. C&R has come to the house several times to work on the problem areas with no change after work is done. They too try and say its a chemical problem with the water, which is maintained and doubled checked by a second opinion without any signs of water chemistry problems. At this point if we are given a choice it would be completely overhauled with all costs covered by C&R. The outcome still remains to be known. If they would repair the problem areas I would be than happy to improve the rating, but at this point it will remain at 1 star. For a product that isn't cheap, you would think the customer service would be much better.

Do not use this company!. I definitely do not recommend this company. We paid top dollar for them to replaster and paint our pool. We noticed a slight stain when they were done and they said it would lighten up and go away. It is much bigger now and darker. The owner insists it is due to chemistry he has no control over and cannot fix it. His only suggestion is for us to spend more money and him to do an acid wash with no guarantee that there won't further chemicals reactions that he says he cannot control and accepts no responsibility for.
