Awful treatment. No concern for safety, just for making more money.

I brought my car in there for a mechanical assessment before selling it. They then told the buyer there are major mechanical safety problems but would not tell me what they were since I didn't pay for the service.

If the buyer hadn't told me there were issues I would have never known!! Bertini's couldn't have cared less and refused to say anything when I called asking for info and wouldn't help me get any information.

You are better off staying away from these guys. They are not honest!!

Amazing service!

I decided to try somewhere new and brought my car in for service. The pricing was reasonable and both Jared and Chris were there to help out in any way. When i picked up my car it was washed and all ready for me. I couldn't ask for more! I definately recommend this business to my friends and family!

Don't Go Here!!

This place lies and takes advantage of you. I went to them after getting a better quote than the dealer, but it was a mistake. They fixed the driver side fan as requested, but I came out with the passenger side broken. I know it was working when I went in. I heard it running even that morning. They denied any responsibility and suggested I had them fix the wrong side. I have the paperwork from VW showing that their diagnostic confirmed the driver side was broken (not passenger), I also called them back just now to confirm it was the driver side (yes it was) and I had visually looked at it with my dad and we both saw the passenger was working and the driver side was not just days before the disaster "repair". Bertini's still says it's not their fault and offered to fix the other fan for $500, which is $100 more than the dealer for a part they broke. Run, run far away. I'm making sure to spread the word to all my friends and family to take your business elsewhere!!

• Cons: High Price, Dishonest, Poor Quality
