Best Dim Sum house in sacramento. Better than rice bowl in my opinion.
DimSum is suppose to be a lenghty process with friends or business clients. A time to relax and take your time. Traditionally Tea is sipped and enjoyed. Have fun ordering just a few iems at a time and expect the experience to last for a couple hours.
This westernized idea of drinking water and rushing in ad out order too many itmes all at once is not acceptable. So if you get the cold shoulder from any dimsum house and its staff; better learn the culture and tradions behind a teahouse you idiot!
Tea Houses I also recommend:
Tins Tea House - Oakland
Kim Wah - San Francisco (oldest house) Ha toasty house special* (very hard to find and unlisted, near homecide park)
Ton Kiang - San Francisco (In The Richmond)
Good Luck Dim Sum - San Francisco; Clement St.
Yang Sing - San Francisco - 49 Stevensen location is the best!
King's Chinese

I reccommend Kings. I have been here several times throughout the years. Good food and good service. The owner is a nice guy, very personable.
Last year we had Kings Chinese food for Christmas Eve, (which they are open by the way). This year we are doing the same for take out.
In addition, I personally wouldn't open my business on Christmas Eve however Kings is open. I commend Kings for going the extra mile for customer service. I want Kings to know that all they do is greatly appreciated and thank them for cooking our food on Christmas Eve. Thank You King's
Great Dim Sum

The dim sum is really good, however we also ordered off the menu and it wasn't too good. Also, the owner is obnoxious and kind of rude. Every table in the restraurant according to him is "the best table in the place." They are also pretty stingy with their water, so bring your own beverage.
- Pros: Dim Sum
- Cons: Waiting for refills of water and waiting for the check.
