Cheap Drinks & Good Conversation. Sammy's has way under priced drinks and an unuasually drab atmosphere. Unlike other West Sac bars, you can find good conversation not filled with BS. No person is trying to out do the other. A $4.00 drink at Sammys will cost you $5.25 at the Rivers Edge.
