Still waiting..... I waited 3 hours at a gas station on richards blvd for them to show up. They told me "Oh only 30min! 30mins!" Finally 3 hours later a driver shows up, but it was to late because I ended up flagging down a tow truck and he had me hooked up and ready to go in 3min NOT 3HRS! No wonder these guys lost their AAA contract, because they can't get there on TIME!…
Awesome Job!!!. Jack’s provided me with excellent service and the driver was clean cut and professional. Their response time was rignt on time and my vehicle was transported safely. They did everything they said they would and they charged me exactly what they quoted me over the phone. No surprises! Jack’s has the best service around. While on my way to work last night one of my tires went flat. When i got out to see what the problem was i locked my keys in my truck. The gentleman from Jack’s Towing was there in about 10 minutes, had my truck unlocked within seconds, and very quickly changed my tire. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of quality roadside assistance at a fair price!…
On Time. I left my office for a meeting and when I got into my car and it was leaning to the side. I have a flat. I was not about to change the tire and get dirty so I called my secretary to call a tow truck and I reminded her whoever she called, explain to them the situation, that I need to get moving. Now, I have use other tow companies before, and my experiences were horrific, and I was perturbed of the though of calling one, but this time the service was extraordinary. The driver arrived in less than ten minutes and when he stepped out of his truck, he greeted me with a smile and acted very professional. From that point on, I was relieved. He knew exactly what to do, from the appearance and way he handled his equipment. The moment he jacked up my car to placing the flat into the trunk, he cared as I would, and most importantly, I was not late for my appointment. Anyone that is in need of road service, I highly recommend Jack’s Towing.…
A light at the end of the tunnel.. My car broke down Sunday night in West Sacramento. I called my friend to ask if he could help. He suggested I parked off the side of the road, go home and he will come back with me in the morning to he me fix my car. The next morning he is sick, and my car ended up sitting there for three days. We finally get there and guess what, I parked in a red zone and my car is gone. The police had called Jack’s Towing to tow my car away and the bill is almost $400.00. I explaining to the people at Jack’s that I’m a single mother of two, laid off (state employee) and it will take a week for me to get enough money to pay the bill but the storage fee is per day and the bill goes up every day. Making a long story short, they charge me a total of $75.00, and let my friend fixed my car there. Despite the circumstances, I definitely recommend Jack’s Towing. These people have a heart.…
