BEST PRICE!. I have bought my Miele vacuum cleaner which I LOVE it from them and the service and helpfulness go far beyond my expectations. They go over and beyond to make sure customers get the BEST PRICES and the best service. I would not go any where else to get a vacuum or service. They are the best!

Poor Service. Purchased a new sewing machine that had a defective presser foot (parts of it were floating in the bottom of the box that should have been on the machine). When I phoned to ask for a replacement the owner's response was, "You must have done something wrong, because I've never had one of those machines returned... Sometimes people just don't want to spend the money." WRONG ATTITUDE! DEMANDED A REFUND. NOW GUESS WHAT, MY MONEY AND MY BUSINESS ARE GOING ELSEWHERE!
