Cheap Cheap Cheap!!! You may get a great deal on something but like they say, "you get what you pay for." I have purchased a dining room table with 6 chairs and a bench, a couch that reclines into a bed, and a swivel rocker recliner. Now looking back, every piece has broken in one form or another. The warranty company, Guardsman is also very shady. If you don't submit your claim within 5 days of the item breaking, they will not cover it. So now I am stuck with broken furniture. I contacted Becks and they had no interest is helping us out or making it right. So I told them that they agreed to refund the amount I paid for the warranty if it is not used. They said that if you submit a claim, it is considered used. Even though it was denied. Ya know companies now days try and do everything possible to not help out their customers. This is a very poor company with very cheaply made furniture. I will do my best to make sure that I spread the word to as many people that I can of how dishonest both of these companies are and ensure that I protect my friends and family and any stranger that will value my warning of how poorly they do business and of course how cheap the furniture is. Paying a little more money someplace else is definately worth it.
Horrible experience. We ordered a couch in February and at the end of April when it still had not been delivered, we were told that it had not shipped from overseas and it would be at least another 5 weeks. I asked for a refund and was told that they would write me a check in 7-10 business days. Go elsewhere!!!
Best furniture shopping yet! – We had a great experience with Beck's! Tons of stuff to look at and get ideas. Our salesperson was outstanding! He didn't push and kept his distance but when we needed answers he was right there. We actually shopped twice and purchased a bedroom set and mattress on the second trip. Checked all around. Beck's has the best selection and best prices in town. They have been around forever we have family that has purchased and they recommended we go there. So glad we did. We will be back.
Please read before you shop - don't end up like us – Please do not shop at Becks Furniture - I recently purchased at bedroom set for $1900.00 - the wrong bed was delivered, the bed rails were for a Cal king, not a king - Now, they will not make it right - my rails are in but they will not give them to us until I bring the old ones back (the wrong ones they orderded) and I paid for delivery and set up - Why should I have to bring them back - My husband went down to pick up the rails and Abdul and Vic threatened to call the police if he did not leave - Rick, the showroom manager will not return any of my calls - he is rude and arrogant and acts like it's not his problem, he did not sell me the furniture - the bottom line is, if you buy here you too well end up getting screwed and they do not care - why would they, they alredy have your money !!!!
Deplorable customer service – I purchased a $800.00 recliner sofa from Becks in February 2011. Within 1 month, the frame of the sofa began /falling apart. We contacted Becks and they sent an appraiser to our home on 04/18/11. He agreed that it was a manufacturing defect and submitted a report to Becks. Three weeks later we called to fuind out if they would replace the sofa. They notified me that they were going to repair the mechanism of the sofa. The also said it would take approximately 8 weeks. I have attempted to speak with a store manager on three occassion only to be transfered to a voicemail wit no returned phone call. Today is 05/12/11, I called and was told, "Your part should be in any day now." Meanwhile, the couch has nearly fallen apart and is not fit to sit on. Again, I asked to speak to a manager after sspeaking to a very abrupt and rude Customer Service Representative. DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THIS RIP OFF COMPANY.
BEWARE OF WHAT THEY SAID – I placed an ordered in the store because they don't have it in stock, they promised me that the items will arrive 2-3 weeks. I waited for 3 weeks and called them, they said they only have the loveseat, the sofa is not in stock yet(what goods does that make). So I waited for another few days, the sofa arrived and I went to pick it. When I opened it and install the legs I noticed that the loveseat is missing the screws to screw in the legs.
Now the customer service part: I called customer service to stated that the loveseat is missing the hardwares, it will be amazing if they picked up the people's call....message, message, message. I left them a message, no one call me back its been 2 days. Right now I am screw without the screws and still trying to contact them.
Good service and great furniture for the money – I have found everytime a good product for the money.

Will cover any defective for one year. The warrenty is worth everything for pennies. Any broken parts for 5 years.
People have more time to complain, then to voice their
satisfaction Many are very happy with Beck, I will shop
their when in need.
Bait and Switch Scam! – Becks advertised $500 in grocery (safeway) gift cards with the purchase of $500 or more in furniture. We purchased based on this promise. They have since refused to provide them and have instead offered 20% off of a future $2,500 purchase instead. I could not afford this to begin with, but took it out of my grocery budget and cannot buy any further furniture to take advantage of the offer.
Worst place to buy ever.... – This company has a motto to not give any customer service for their clients.
