Overview
The 17,300-seat home to pro basketball teams the Kings (NBA) and the Monarchs (WNBA) doubles as a major music venue; Garth Brooks, the Rolling Stones, Metallica and KISS have graced the stage. The cavernous space is acoustically sound, and the seating offers unobstructed views. Thirty first-class luxury suites on the concourse level of the arena feature brass-and-oak furnishings, excellent video and sound systems, VCRs and wet bars.
The Experience
For sports fans, there's a team store stocked with paraphernalia, the Coors Light Party Place (a nightclub open game nights, complete with a full bar, DJ and dancing) and the Skyline Lounge (a buffet-style restaurant).

the way the arena's set up for wrestling is pretty decent. there's no room for the smackdown stage, though. rey doesn't have his pop-up stage. other than that, it's really nice! good views throughout the arena, unless you're sitting behind someone with a really big sign. set up for raw is better than for smackdown.

This is the most exciting place to be in Sacramento (even if you're not a basketball fan). There's really not a bad seat in the house during basketball season. Make sure to get tickets early.

On the Other Side:
Arco has often been referred to as ''Echo Arena,'' for its supposedly poor acoustics.
Big Brother Moves In:
The Sacramento Valley Amphitheater</a> has, at 18,500 seats, surpassed Arco's capacity, but it's quite a drive and traffic is worse than that at Arco.
Closer to Home:
If you can't stand the drive and the lines, or you couldn't score tix, belly up to a local sports bar.
Parking:
General parking is $8. Handicap-accessible parking is available in Lot H through toll plaza No. 5.
