Since opening its first diner in the 1940s, this restaurant has developed into one of the most popular West Coast franchises, claiming industry innovations such as the drive-through window, partial-service dining rooms and their iconic Six Dollar Burgers--a line of oversized, sit-down restaurant-style hamburgers with Angus patties. Other hearty options abound, including steak-and-egg breakfast burritos, crispy chicken sandwiches and chili cheese fries to supplement standbys like onion rings and shoestring potatoes.

Consistently fresh and delicious Carl's Jr.. I've been to dozens of Carl's Jr. restaurants throughout the state and I've yet to find one that can match the freshness of the this one's food. They have never served me a cold meal, and the employees are always friendly. My orders are served correctly as often as the nearby McDonald's get them wrong. Which is to say, 100% of the time.
