A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME! The nail
salon that I go to on a weekly basis was booked and I wanted to get my nails done. I stopped By TN Nails and was able to get an appointment right away. After 1 1/2 hours and only having half of the service completed, I became frustrated because it seemed that it was taking way to long to get my service completed, let alone, the technician, Lina, had fiberglass on top of my cuticles.
I told Lina that I had to leave. She started with the "you don't want to pay" lingo and I told her that it wasn't that I didn't want to pay, but I was unhappy because of the the work that was being done and the amount of time that it was taking to get a new set put on my nails. She threatened to call 911, and I told her to.
Meanwhile, another customer that was at this nail salon the day prior, came in because she was not pleased with the gel polish that was chipping off. She was told to come back in an hour and the owner/manager, Tina, would be there. She was told that she would get a refund.
Two hours later after I had arrived, the other customer and I were irate with the service that we had received. We told TN Nails that we were going to contact the Department of Consumer Affairs. This place is dirty, they do not clean their instruments and there was watermelon everywhere as the technicians were "snacking" in while I was getting my nails done.
With this in mind, and knowing that time is of the essence to many of us, don't waste your time and energy at this place. It's unfortunate, but TN Nails does not offer quality service, the salon feels dirty and their work is far from superior.
should not even be open. i went through the trouble of making an account just to post a bad review for this place, never been a hater but this place SUCKS. my girlfriend came out crying the the day after she got her nails done for her bday, she paid 40 for her nails to get done and they look lumpy, even me as a guy, not knowing anything about nails, know they did a shitty job. the lady said she would put a clear coat over them the next day, so my girl friend went back and she wouldn't even do what she said!she said she would have to pay extra! the point of a review is to be honest about your experience and im not even close to being overdramatic. if you want to experience a nightmare in the real world please go there!
HORRIBLE! THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE A STAR!. As I was looking for a place to do my nails, I came across TN and the prices. I did't want to be cheap, but it was in my area,so I decided to stop in. I then realized, they only have 3 pedi chairs and 4 ladies! WTF! We were going to leave, but Tina, the acrylic nail "artist" told us not to leave. we wanted to experience it, so we stayed and tried it. My mom got the super luxury pedicure package or whatever that comes w/ deep sea mask, wax, 50 in a.p.r massage and more. She only got 35 minutes, while i was still waiting for tina to hurry up w/ the other girls on the acrylic nais! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! my mom was super upset. she only paid the luxury package, since thats all they gave her! the worst prt is that thre wa a lady next to my mom tht was gtting a longer massage doing the same deal and strted before my mom! HORRRRIBLE! she rushed on my nails too, cus thre were her favorite customers there! my nails feel wobbly, too long, un even, and around the cuticles, they look SO FAKE! do not go . hate this place!
