Best Mail around. I'm sorry that kktold had a bad experience. But, I can tell you that that has NOT been my experience with this store. i've been using them for about 3 years now and have nothing but great things to say about them. Ross, the owner knows most customers by name, almost all the other employees know who I am and what box number i am (i often forget my keys and they grab the contents of my box for me).

Again, sorry to hear that kktold had a bad experience, but take my advice and USE THESE GUYS, they're great!

Worst customer service! Delayed EXPEDITED shipping to Germany by 6 days! Customer mad!. Ignorant workers! I'll Never will use them again! They Delayed EXPEDITED international shipping by 6 days when I shipped to Germany! I was told they RAN OUT OF BUBBLE WRAP! Wow! Then I was told that the package would take a few days to pack! If I'd known that I would have packed it myself instead of being charged the extra money for UPS to pack it! No phone calls to say that the item WAS STILL THERE! Now my customer has put a hold on my payment!
