I use this lot to park in downtown at night. It is centrally located and no one ever messes with you. second saturday and there is npo parking
no problem here!

Enterprise is horrible!!!. I had reserved a minivan from Enterprise on Northgate Blvd. in Natomas for a trip to Los Angeles for the week of Thanksgiving. On the phone when I was speaking with the representative he asked what time I would like to pick up the van and I said around 2pm. He said OK and that was that. I arrived at Enterprise at 3pm and was told that they had given away the last minivan to someone else because I wasn't there at 2pm and they figured I didn't want it. I never received a call to ask if I was still coming for the van! The customer representative that I spoke with to reserve the van NEVER said that if I wasn't there by 2pm they would assume I didn't want it after all. If I was told that then I would have been there at 2 oclock SHARP! So the bottom line is that I had to rent from Hertz which turned out to be about $400.00 more for the week. I will never rent from Enterprise again!!!! Even though they are the cheapest around. They almost ruined my vacation!!! Luckily I had the extra money at the time!! THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will never use Enterprise again. My husband and I reserved 4X4 SUV for couple of days, when we spoke with customer care my husband specified that he is over 21 but not 25 they said it is fine we just have to pay extra for coverage. When we arrived to pick our SUV supervisor told us that it is company police not to rent people who are not 25 years of age. We could not take 4x4 because we are not 25 but could take smaller car which at that time was not available. More over the supervisor told us Im not saying that you are lying, but our company policy is my husband and I could not believe that she sad that. In conclusion I say do not rent at Enterprise rent from Hertz.
