MJB / Bixby Construction did not perform honorably. MJB / Bixby did not perform honorably in my case, and we ended up in court, which added to the over 60 lawsuits Mark, Heidi, and their companies have racked up in disputes with their customers, clients, or associates over the last 20 years. I discovered MJB has a permanent injunction that prohibits Mark, his companies, and his servants or agents from fraud, perjury, forgery, bribery, assault, battery, threatening witnesses in litigation, and a host of other unlawful and unprofessional acts. The California attorney general's office is soliciting for anyone who has information in regards to unprofessional behavior by Mark or his construction company to contact them, as the contractor's license board has sent at least three cases to them for litigation.

Mark was not forthcoming about the injunction and restraining order, and was not honest in his contract with me. do your research first, as this man and his company averages 3 lawsuits per year, and those may not be odds you normally want to risk…
