Unable to take order properly.
I order a breakfast burrito with ham, sub potatoes with hash browns, side of sour cream, and confirm that there's salsa in it.
They say that there's like 4 more orders they have to take care of so they'll call me when it's ready.
30 minutes later I decide to call to make sure everything is okay, they tell me that my order is next to be made.
They call back about 10 minutes later.
I show up and pay for my meal. It's 9.79. I figure that the burrito was like 8.79 and the sour cream is 1.00. So I get back only to find out that they make the burrito with their bland-as-f*** potatoes in it, and the other box has hash browns in it, and the sour cream is in a small plastic container - the most expensive sour cream in the universe.. and there's no salsa in the burrito. Where the f*** else would the sour cream go!? on top of the burrito?
gross, slow, unimpressed.
I went to this place thinking it would be awesome considering all the 5 star reviews on this website, but was very unimpressed when I went.
While most of the employees were very friendly, the one cooking the burgers had an attitude with both the customers and his coworkers. I also saw him put one of the cooking utensils on the ground and kick it (hopefully he was not planning on using it again until it got washed...).
Speaking of dirty, my boyfriend noticed lots of dirt and dust on the floor, windowsills, and ledge near the grill. I would have liked to know what kind of sanitation rating they got.
They used what looked like frozen burger patties, and you could definitely taste something funky in the meat. I got a mouthful of gristle at one point in my meal. Honestly, if the burgers were at least good, I would have been able to look past all the other problems there, but they weren't. At all.
We ordered 2 burgers and 2 fries to-go and it took- get this- 35 minutes to receive our meals! It was ridiculous! The cook was grilling a maximum of two burgers at a time on the grill when he could have easily fit at least five or six. No one tried at all to hurry things along.
I will not go back to this place again.
