Urban fries are awesome. Fast service, cheap. and pretty much the best food ever.

Nice place to get a great sandwich. Cool atmosphere especially for a sandwich shop. It can get crowded but the line moves along once the people in front of you figure out what they want. I love the cheese bread and the tri-tip sandwich. The portions are pretty good, I usually can't finish in one sitting.

Not impressed. We went with friends who eat here all the time and raved about it. I hated it. Standing in line to order is a drag. It was crowded and noisy. The servers behind the counter totally ignored us for 10 minutes. Mind you, we were standing right in front of them. Quite a feat not to make even eye contact in all that time, let alone speak. Salad was good. I think for me this place is better as takeout. Or during nice weather where you can sit outside. It feels like a school cafeteria with all the noice and mess to me inside. I think this place is great if you live nearby and want takeout that his more healthy than most, but it is for sure not a destination restaurant. More like Taco Bell with real food.

Editorial Review by Christy Buena. American dishes are served at the casual restaurant that offers salads, sandwiches, tri tip, turkey and chicken entrees at reasonable prices.

User review by mootilldawn. great comfort food. I got the mac n cheese and a caeser salad, and while the caeser salad was a tad too heavy on the dressing I couldn't really complain with either. My boyfriend got a tri-tip sandwich and he liked it.

We ate for dinner and the outdoor seating was pretty romantic although a little loud since it's right next to the road.

A Yuppie Alternative to Fast Food. I love Jacks! It is a great place to grab a bite to eat on a busy night. The salads veggies and meats are fresh and delicious. If youre in the mood for something different, try the Urban Fries - french fries with blue cheese dressing and chili oil, the are delicious. The staff at the midtown location are always friendly and helpful! Finding a seat can be a pain, unless its a warm night, then the outside patio provides plenty of options.

The Fast Food Solution. Plenty of parking, healthy food, good service, and they're quick. The only thing missing is a drive through window. Jack's Urban eats is a fantastic healthy quick place to grab a bite. My favorite is the chinese chicken salad. They should offer different sizes to their salads is my only complaint.
