one of the best dim sum places in sacto. capital tea garden has been one of the best places for dim sum in sacto for over 20 years. many people that have state jobs in down town go to capital tea garden for lunch. i'm not surprised that they do. it's inexpensive and it's good. the food isn't that greasy either. service is quick && good. however, the restaurant itself is fairly small so seating is pretty tight at times, especially during the weekends. dining in large groups would probably not be recommended, unless the group is less than 8-9 people. take out is also recommended. DiM SUM iS HiGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! :]

Wonderful!. Wonderful food, excellent service, and overall great food! Definitely recommend their dim sum, as it's not as greasy as others. Definite Hong Kong tea house feel here...
