Monte Carlo? Not quite!. The location is right across from the building where some of the most highest paid state workers in the World work! (CDC&R) With that kind of customer base why not class the place up and get some of that misdirected tax $$$$? Instead the owners have marketed towards former and future residents of CDC&R. Seems like a waste of space. Oh and has anyone there ever been to Monte Carlo? Or even know what it is?
